The aphids still aren't dead. What Marluxia would do in my situation? Aphids are notorious killers of roses, after all. I suspect he would go to the only person who could prepare a concoction that would not only kill the aphids, but turn his roses into giant monsters capable of spitting acid at predators and kids with spiky hair. Vexen, of course, would not be the least bit interested.

Either that or Praying Mantis - but they are a lot harder to get and more expensive. The university brings them in for the biology department. They are only allowed to bring in one sex a year. Males this year, females the next, since they only live one year. This prevents them getting loose and breading here too!
